MagRank AI provides sampled AI answer visibility analytics, competitor and citation comparisons, and practical optimization opportunities. Results are not guaranteed consumer AI rankings. Model behavior, available providers and answers may change. The service is intended mainly for businesses, but individuals may also use it; where these terms mention consumers, those rules apply only if you buy as a consumer.
Submit websites and information you are entitled to analyze. Do not upload confidential, personal or restricted information unnecessarily. Do not attempt to bypass crawl restrictions, usage controls or another user’s report access. Keep your account credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or these terms.
Prices for one-time audits and subscriptions are shown in EUR before checkout. No VAT is charged. Payments are processed by Stripe. A paid audit starts only after payment is confirmed. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Plan domain, question and usage limits apply, and monitoring may pause when its included monthly analysis budget is reached.
Paid services start straight after payment. On the payment page, next to the pay button, you confirm that you want the service to start immediately and that, once a paid audit has been delivered, it can no longer be withdrawn from. Switching between plans on the Billing page starts the new plan immediately in the same way.
Once a paid audit has started, it is not refundable, except after a technical failure on our side — for example, if the audit does not complete or too many answers fail to produce a usable report. In that case contact info@magrank.com with the report or payment reference and we will re-run the audit or refund it in full, as you prefer. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
You can cancel a subscription at any time on the Billing page of your MagRank AI account; we confirm the cancellation by email. It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and then ends; that current period is not refunded. You will not be charged again after cancelling, and you can resume the plan before the period ends. Deleting your MagRank AI account ends any subscription immediately; the rest of the paid period is not refunded.
If you buy as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. Because you ask us to start immediately: for a one-time audit, you lose this right once the audit has been delivered; if you withdraw before that, we refund the price minus a proportionate amount for the work already done. For a subscription, if you withdraw within 14 days of the first purchase, we refund the payment minus a proportionate amount for the days already provided. To withdraw, send a clear statement to info@magrank.com (you may use the EU model withdrawal form, but it is not required). We refund within 14 days of receiving it. Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal.
AI answers and automated analysis may contain errors. Inspect underlying evidence before taking action. Recommendations do not guarantee improved placement, traffic or revenue. A partial report identifies failed samples; an audit with no valid samples does not receive a score. The free scan is provided as-is.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. This does not limit liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
Your reports remain private until you share them. You control public links. See the Privacy notice for processing, service providers and deletion choices.
We may update these terms; we will notify subscribers by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. These terms are governed by Estonian law, and disputes are resolved by Harju County Court. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon).
